Send links to your TV without AirPlay
AirPlay is seamless if you own Apple devices and a compatible TV. For everyone else — Android phones, mixed households, hotel rooms — there is a simpler path: send the URL itself, not your screen.
AirPlay limitations
AirPlay requires Apple hardware or licensed receivers. It mirrors or streams from supported apps — you cannot easily send an arbitrary link from Chrome on your phone to a random smart TV.
Cross-network casting is unreliable. JustOpen.link uses a QR handshake over the internet, so hotel Wi-Fi and mobile data work fine.
The JustOpen.link workflow
On your TV browser, go to justopen.link. A session QR code appears. Scan it with your phone camera, paste a YouTube video, article, or any URL, and the TV loads it directly.
No Apple ID, no Handoff, no “same network” requirement.
On your TV browser, go to justopen.link — then scan the QR code.
